According to the guys over at Droid-life, Toshiba has now made the Toshiba Excite 10 available to purchase in the United States, but although you can purchase the 16GB and 32GB models, the 64GB slate is currently only available to pre-order.

Spec wise, the Toshiba Excite 10 offers a 10.1-inch AutoBrite 1280 x 800 touch screen with 10-finger multitouch and Gorilla Glass, 5 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera, 2 megapixel front facing camera, integrated microphone, 1080p HD video, NVIDIA Tegra 3 1.2GHz quad core processor, 1GB RAM, miniUSB, microHDMI, microSD expansion slot, WiFi, and of course running Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

The Toshiba Excite 10 has an aluminium housing and measures 11.7 x 8.4 x 1.9 inches with a weight of 2.2 pounds, with a prismatic lithium polymer 2-cell 25Wh battery said to deliver up to 10-hours of life.
