The Huawei Ascend P1 Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone is now available in China as we previously reported, and it just so happens that the Huawei Ascend P1 handset was also at CITA 2012 in New Orleans, and we have a little hands on video action with the Huawei Ascend P1 for your viewing consideration below.
The Huawei Ascend P1 hands on video comes our way courtesy of Aaron Baker over at Phone Dog who was at CTIA 2012 and managed to get a little hands on time with the Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone, which lasts almost three-minutes.
The Huawei Ascend P1 offers the user a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touch screen along with Gorilla Glass, an 8 megapixel rear facing illuminated camera, a 1.3 megapixel front facing snapper, 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM, 1.5 GHz dual core TI OMAP 4460 processor, running Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and has Dolby Mobile sound, and microSD card slot.
Aaron does say that the Huawei Ascend P1 is a very thin and light smartphone, and he hopes to see the smartphone hit some US carriers at some point in the future, and feels really nice in the hand, and very stock Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and has no real lag in terms of speed.
So, I’ll stop right there and let you head on down to hit that play button and check out this closer look at the Android 4.0 Huawei Ascend P1 smartphone, do any of our US reader hope that the Huawei Ascend P1 will become available in the USA at some point?
