Mobile applications have become a big business in recent years with apps that cost hardly nothing or even free earning developers huge sums in revenue, and today we have news of the SF App Show Event 2012 and a live broadcast from the event.
As an article over at Ubergizmo is reporting the SF AppShow is returning to the UCSF Mission Bay in just over a week’s time on May23rd, between six and nine PM. This will mark the 14th edition of the SF AppShow, and with summer and Memorial Day now in touching distance this event will have applications perfect for the time of year.
These includes applications that will help users get into shape or for catching up with their friends, and an application for noting down all those concert experiences during the summer time. The host of the show, Gina Smith, will be checking out all the latest hot apps, and will be interviewing all the various developers and answering the crowd’s questions from the stage.
There will be the chance to see all the newsworthy new apps and get insight from the app developers themselves, and find any of those unrecognized app gems. The event has limited space and places are only available on a first come basis, and Ubergizmo is offering its readers a 25 percent discount on the registration fee that can be found by clicking here.
The 2012 SF AppShow is taking place at the Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF, 1675 Owens Street, San Francisco, and the event begins at 6:00 PM with drinks and appetizers with the show starting at 7:00 PM, but if you can’t make to the venue you can view the live webcast online here from 7:00 PM Pacific.
