There is a poker game that has now left the beta testing stage called Zoom Poker from Pokerstars, and is available as a web client and as an app for both the iOS platform and Android platform although the Android version is not available from Google Play and has to be downloaded via their website.
According to Part Time Poker, the Pokerstars app Zoom Poker, which can be downloaded to your Android device via your device, now has improved graphics for Android tablets, and features a ‘Play Now’ button along with scrollable lobby menus, improved search, a new auto-rebuy function along with other improvements.
The Zoom Poker app also allows for multitasking with up to 4 tables in a single player pool, and up to 8 tables over multiple pools, with available stakes starting at $0.1/$0.2 right up to $2.05/$5.00.
The Mobile Pokerstars app allows users to play Texas Hold’em and Omaha whilst on the move, with real money and play money ring games, tournaments, and sit & go’s to suit every skill level, along with such features as optimised tutorials for smartphones and tablets, quick seating and chat.
Of course when using the Mobile Pokerstars Zoom Poker app you will be required to have a Pokerstars account, which you will be prompted to create once the application installs on your chosen mobile device.
As mentioned earlier, the Mobile Pokerstars app Zoom Poker for Android is not available to download from Google Play so you need to hit up Pokerstars website, and if you are one of the iOS faithful that likes a little mobile gambling, well currently the iOS app isn’t available, but apparently will be rolled out soon.
