If you have a penchant for the colour pink when opting to purchase a new smartphone, and your preference is for the Android platform, then you might like to know that there is a pink version of the smartphone/tablet hybrid, the Samsung Galaxy Note becoming available soon.
Apparently if you do like pink smartphones, the pink Samsung Galaxy Note will be available soon from the Carphone Warehouse (CPW), and the pink version is expected to arrive sometime in June 2012, although naturally that is subject to change.
The pink Samsung Galaxy Note is probably targeted towards the female, but if you are a guy that likes pink, then you too can sign up to pre-register for the Samsung Galaxy Note in pink, and Carphone Warehouse will let you know as soon as the Android handset becomes available.
Just in case you might have forgotten what the Samsung Galaxy Note offers, the device is an Android 2.3 Gingerbread handset with a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, a 1.4GHz dual core Samsung Exynos processor, with an 8 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera with LED flash, 1080p video, a 2 megapixel front facing camera, 1GB RAM, 16GB/32GB internal storage, microSD expansion up to 32GB, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, S-Pen, and of course will be upgraded to Android Ice Cream Sandwich at some point.
One would presume that the price of the pink Samsung Galaxy Note model will be the same as the original version, meaning that the Note should be available as a free device on certain carrier plans.
So there you go, does the Samsung Galaxy Note in pink capture your attention or do you prefer your smartphone to be the usual black or white?
