Snap up T-Mobile Prism phone under 20 dollars

For those over in the good old US of A who have a penchant for Android smartphones on the T-Mobile network, and who are in the market for a reasonably inexpensive Android handset, perhaps the T-Mobile Prism might suit your requirements, as T-Mobile has now made the Prism available to purchase.

According to the guys over at Phone Arena, the T-Mobile Prism smartphone in grey is now finally available to purchase from T-mobile online and in retail stores, and is being offered at a price that should suit anyone’s budget, commanding a price tag of just $19.99 when signing up for the usual two-year agreement.

However if you wish to purchase the Android T-Mobile Prism off contract, the price was originally tagged at $149.99; however for some strange reason that price tag has risen substantially and now sits at a rather expensive $219.99, meaning the Android handset has been given an off contract hike of some 70-bucks.

For those that may have already forgotten, the T-Mobile Prism is an Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone packing a 3.5-inch HVGA touch screen, a 3.2 megapixel rear facing camera, Bluetooth 2.1, aGPS, WiFi, a single core processor, microSD expansion slot, a 1400mAh battery and measures 4.58 x 2.31 x 0.48 inches with a weight of 4.4 ounces.

That off contract price does seem to be a bit steep, so perhaps if your are looking to pick up the T-Mobile Prism then perhaps the best option is to go the on contract route, and you can do so by hitting up (here). Are any of our readers considering picking up the T-Mobile Prism?
