The team here at Phones Review try to bring you news about a variety of smartphones to suit all budgets and needs and today we have news of the Motorola Defy Mini price at Asda that is not too bad at all.
The handset that is also known as the XT320 has been treated to a price cut by the supermarket giant to only £79 if you purchase in store, or have the handset delivered to a store to be picked up. For your money you get an unlocked version of the handset that comes running the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
You also get a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive display and a 3.2 megapixel rear camera fitted with an anti reflective lens to help with glare. It is powered by a single core 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor with 512MB of RAM. There is only 512GB of inbuilt storage but this is expandable thanks to the microSD port, and this is accompanied by Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 1650 mAh battery, microUSB port, and there is even a front facing camera.
The Defy Mini is a nice compact size measuring only 10.9 x 58.5 x 12.6 mm so it will easily slip into your pocket, and talk time is listed as being 580 minutes with standby time being 420 hours, and is available only in black. Just like its bigger brother the Defy, this version has been designed to take care of whatever life can throw at it, with a screen that has Gorilla Glass protecting it, and the handset itself is dust and water resistant.
There may be better handsets available out there, but whether they are at the same price level is another matter, and to find out more click here. Do you know of any better smartphones available at this price?
