Whenever a new blockbuster Hollywood movie is released we see a number of smartphone applications being released, and today we have some Prometheus movie Android apps to entice fans.

The science fiction film has been directed by Ridley Scott and written by Damon Lindelof and Jon Spailhts, and is set in the late 21st century and follows the crew of the spaceship Prometheus as they follow a star map that was discovered among the remnants of a number of ancient Earth civilizations. The movie begun development during the early 2000s, and was originally to be the fifth part of the popular Alien franchise as a prequel until Scott took the movie in a different direction.

First up for you we have the free Prometheus Live Wallpapers application that features a collection of the best shots of the movie. The developer of the app does warn that on some hardware with custom firmware the images may not move, but it is available free and to find out more and to download head over to Google Play.

Next up we have the Prometheus Fan App for you that features a number of wallpaper images and videos from the new movie. Users can also see what people are saying about the movie on Twitter, and it also includes trailers, chat, and much more. Head over to Google Play to download this free application.

Lastly we have Prometheus that is another free Android application that basically allows users to click the face and watch a trailer, and acts as a promotion for the Prometheus movie and again can be found on Google Play.
