Android ZTE Blade plays nice with Windows Phone on video

Every now and then is seems someone that owns a smartphone running a particular operating system has to tinker with their handset to get a different mobile operating system running on the device it wasn’t meant to run on. We’ve seen numerous OS ports to handsets in the past, and now it appears that someone has managed to port Windows Phone 7 onto the ZTE Blade, which usually runs the Android OS, and we have a video of the port in action for your viewing consideration below.

The Windows Phone running on the ZTE Blade video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Ubergizmo and by way of WMPoweruser, and does indeed show Windows Phone 7 playing nice on the ZTE Android smartphone.

The Windows Phone 7 port to the ZTE Blade footage originates from WP7forum.ru and claims that this is not some type of digital manipulation or modification, but is in fact the real deal, and is the work of the DFT forum.

So it would seen that Windows Phone 7 can be ported to Android smartphones, but really would any of the Android faithful out there want to switch their Android OS for Windows Phone?

Head on down and mash that play button to check out the port in action, and then feel free to let us know if you would use the Windows Phone OS on your Android device if you could by dropping us a line to our comments area below.
