4G Samsung Galaxy S3 for Telstra and Optus: Pre-order
If you are one of the Android faithful over in Australia, and are in the market for the Samsung Galaxy S3, you just might like to know you can now pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S3 4G from a couple of Australian carriers, namely Telstra and Optus, although the Optus pre-order is for online customers only.
According to Telstra, in a lot of ways the 4G Samsung Galaxy S3 is Australia’s first ‘super phone’ combining a quad core processor with 4G speed and Android Jelly Bean, and they will be making the Android smartphone available in both Onyx Black and Titanium Grey on the Telstra network closer to launch in October, but in the meantime you can register your interest in the device by hitting up here.
When it comes to Optus, you can either pre-order or upgrade the Samsung Galaxy S3 4G on numerous plans starting from $30 per month with $21 per month handset repayments, right the way up to $80 per month with $4 per month handset repayments.
A quick spec reminder for the Samsung Galaxy S3, a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED touch screen along with a 1.4GHz quad core processor, an 8 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera with LED flash, 1080p video, a 1.9 megapixel front facing camera, 16GB internal memory, microSD expansion up to 64GB, and runs the Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

not placing an order, however I will buy it outright from Telstra (since they have the best coverage) as soon as it comes out!
