I’m pretty sure if you are a fan of Motorola Android smartphones you will be aware that Motorola is holding an event in New York City today the 5th of September, and no doubt Motorola will unveil the Motorola Droid RAZR HD for Verizon Wireless Android smartphone, could there be a chance of seeing the International Droid RAZR HD at today’s event?
Well maybe, maybe not, but when Motorola does unveil the Verizon Droid RAZR HD, the international Motorola Droid RAZR HD shouldn’t be far behind, and according to the guys over at Slash Gear, the international Motorola Droid RAZR HD (XT925) has now popped up at the FCC.
Apparently the Federal Communications Commission filing confirms that the Motorola Droid RAZR HD will come out to play sporting LTE radios for bands 4 and 17, and although one would think that those bands would make you think of AT&T, according to Engadget, AT&T probably wont get a version of the Droid RAZR HD due to already having the Motorola Atrix HD.
The guys suggest that instead, those bands could mean that the Android Ice Cream Sandwich handset might be destined for Canada at some point in the future.
The rumoured specs for the Motorola Droid RAZR HD are, a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced touch screen along with an 8 megapixel rear facing snapper, and a 3 megapixel front facing shooter, runs Android 4.0 out of the box and likely to see an update to Android Jelly Bean at some point in the future, and is powered by a Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 dual core processor.
So there you have it, the global version of the Motorola Droid RAZR HD now resides with the FCC, so what do our readers reckon the odds are of seeing the International Edition Motorola Droid RAZR HD at today’s event?
