If you have the Samsung Galaxy S3 model number I9300 the you must know that to install Android 4.1 Jelly Bean firmware your device must be compatible only and only with the international Galaxy S3, model number i9300. It’s not compatible for US variants or any other device. Check your device’s model number in: Settings » About phone.

Before trying this out make sure you remove any important file from your SGS3 internal SD card, this install could delete all your files, after the update has been completed you can apparently install your files back on again.
