B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight UK price and retailers
If you are over here in the United Kingdom and have had a hankering for one of Barnes & Noble’s Nook products, you might like to know that you can now purchase the B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight here in the UK from the Nook UK website as well as a couple of UK retailers.
According to an article over on Engadget, the Barnes & Noble Simple Touch Glowlight has now launched in the United Kingdom, and delivers access to the 2.5 million B&N ebook library with the device being able to hold up to 1000 ebooks, magazines and newspapers.
The B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight features a built in reading light that enables the user to read when in bed without glare and can be adjusted with a touch, hence Glowlight. The device sports a 6-inch touch screen with E Ink Pearl display, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, microSD expansion, and with a battery that is said to deliver over one month on a single charge.
The B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight measures 165.4 x 126.6 x 12.0.. and weighs in at 197 grams, with the ability to customise fonts with seven different font sizes and six different font styles.
Price wise the B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight commands a price tag of $109.00 including VAT, or if you prefer there is the B&N NOOK Simple Touch that commands a price tag of $79.00, and can be purchase by hitting up the Nook UK website, whilst the B&N NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight is also available from UK retailers Sainsbury’s and John Lewis. Argos, Asda Direct, and more.

I purchased in good faith a nook simple touch with Glowlight in the US having been told that i could buy books in the UK .
Well the answer is great product shame I cant use it as you can only buy books if you have a billing address in the US
Can anyone throw some light on(FORGIVE THE PUN) now that the Nook is available in the UK can I use my Nook to buy from the UK site ??
Very frustrating and feel conned by sales person in US.
