The LG press event is being held in New York City (NYC) in May 1st and the screenshot of the event shows the LG Optimus G Pro with a header saying “Share The Genius”.

Does this mean the LG Optimus G Pro release date for US will be announced on May 1st at last? There are many websites out there saying that LG has confirmed this but we would like to stress they have not, it has not yet been confirmed.

LG will be showing of its Optimus G Pro at the event but this does not mean it will be announced for the US, it does not confirm it will release in the United States but it does look promising.
