Mobile applications have opened up a whole new way for parents or carers to provide fun ways to educate young children with many of these also available as a free download, and today we have news of a brand new educational game called First Step Plus that is ideal for toddlers and pre schoolers.

This new game has just been released onto the App Store today and is available to download and try out for free before any cash is parted with, and promises to entertain young children while enhancing their knowledge.

The educational game is aimed for kids aged between 0-6 years and will teach them to identify animals, birds, professions, and vehicles. As they learn to identify everyday objects a real human voice will provide the questions and answers, and hints are provided to support the children so they can practice and build their memory and cognitive skills.

It has great child friendly graphics and the interface and screens are easy to navigate, while the images and sound effects will entertain them for ages. They are encouraged to gain a sense of achievement as they progress and won’t need adult supervision.

First Step Plus 1.0 is available around the world on the App Store and is free to download and try, and is available for owners of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch with iOS 5.0 or later. Check out the demo video we have embedded below.
