HTC One dual SIM model set for India release
The HTC One is without doubt one of the best smartphones that money can buy, but that is not to say the handset is perfect. Many have stated that they wished the device had expandable storage although the company does have such a model available in select regions, but now we can tell you that the HTC One dual SIM model is set for a release in India.
This version of the handset was first made available in China with availability soon spreading into Russia, but now the handset has quietly been put onto the HTC website in India with a coming soon label.
Consumers can even sign up to be kept informed about the availability of the dual SIM HTC One, and it isn’t just the option of having another SIM card installed that will appeal to users as the device also has the option of expandable storage.
Owners of the handset can expand the memory by up to a further 64GB via a microSD card, although this version does only come with 16GB built in to begin with. Away from this and the dual SIM option the rest of the handset is identical to the device that is already available in the country.
This means you will get a 4.7-inch Full HD touchscreen display that is powered by the quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7GHz with 2GB of RAM. The device has that premium aluminium form factor along with a 4MP UltraPixel rear camera, and a 2.1-megapixel shooter around the front.
At the time of writing there is not information regarding exact availability of the dual SIM HTC One or pricing.
