It’s easy to be caught up with the news about premium smartphones coming to the market, but we should remember that many people don’t need or want a high-end device. LG has come up with two new phones, and you can buy the LG Enact and Exalt via Verizon now.
The LG Enact is an entry-level phone priced at $19.99 on a two-year contract at Verizon online. It features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and specs include a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch WVGA display with resolution of 800 x 400, and 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD).
Further specs for the Enact include a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, and a 2460 mAh battery, and it runs the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. Dimensions of the LG Enact are 4.37-inches x 2.06-inches x 0.62-inches and it weighs in at 5.99 oz.
Moving on to the LG Exalt, this simple phone has a price of $79.99 on a two-year contract through Verizon. This is a flip phone (pictured above) with large keys and has a 3-inch WQVGA internal display with resolution of 400 x 240, and up to 32GB of microSD support. There’s also a 2-megapixel camera and a 900 mAh battery. Dimensions of the Exalt are 4.37-inches x 2.06-inches x 0.62-inches and it weighs 3.88 oz.
