Samsung and HTC have been really busy in the last few weeks updating handsets to the latest version of the Jelly Bean firmware. Now as another day begins we have news of yet another handset set to get treated to some new software as the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 update is ready to go.
The company has been busy recently as we first saw the Galaxy S4 receiving the update and earlier this week the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update was released for the Galaxy S3 which has recently spread to more regions.
Now it seems as if the same Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is ready to go for the Galaxy Note 2 as a screenshot has been sent into the Sammy Hub showing the software. A user with the handset over in India got the update for his Note 2 after visiting the Samsung service centre.
This could mean that the service centre had released it by mistake or Samsung has already started to seed the new software for the smartphone to their service centres ready for a release to the public via an OTA update and KIES.
The software has a build number of N7100XXUEMJ9 with a date of October 31st, and the new update should bring the same features that the Galaxy S3 has seen along with some enhancements to the S Pen.
Are you hoping the software is released shortly?
