CES 2014 officially kicks off tomorrow but we’re already seeing plenty of news from the big event. Archos has now revealed two new smartphones, the Archos 45 Helium 4G and the Archos 50 Helium 4G. We have details of the Archos 45 and 50 Helium smartphone specs ahead.
We’ll begin with the Archos 45 Helium 4G and this is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm quad-core processor, has Adreno 305 graphics, a 4.5-inch IPS display with resolution of 854 x 480, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card slot.
It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and 1080p video capture, a VGA front-facing camera, and 1700 mAh battery. The Archos 45 Helium 4G has 4G LTE connectivity, HSPA, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and Micro USB 2.0 and runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The Archos 45 Helium price will be $199.99.
Moving on to the Archos 50 Helium 4G smartphone, this one is also powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm quad-core processor with Adreno 305 graphics, and has a 5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 resolution, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD.
The Archos 50 has an 8-megapixel BSI rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and 1080p video capture, a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, and 2000 mAh battery. It has 4G LTE connectivity, HSPA, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and Micro USB 2.0 and runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS. The price of the Archos 50 Helium smartphone will be $249.99.
