The Android platform has new hardware being made available all the time at a huge variety of pricing levels. The mid range to budget sector is a extremely crowded space with a lot of choice to consumers, and today we have a short video for your viewing pleasure looking at the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 vs. Moto G in a camera observation.
We have recently provided you with an unboxing and overview video of the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, and have written many articles about the Motorola Moto G since it was announced including the latest on the availability in India that can be seen here.
Today we have a short video comparing the main cameras for the two smartphones with a number of side by side images, and their video capturing capabilities. To many this may seem like an unfair comparison as the Galaxy grand features an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, and 1080p video capture at 30fps.
The Motorola Moto G meanwhile has a 5-megapixel rear unit with autofocus and LED flash, but only 720p video capture at 30fps. The video kicks off by comparing a number of images side by side in both low light conditions and outside, and while the extra quality of the Samsung can be seen many of the Moto G images are still of a good quality.
We then get a short look at both the handsets video capturing qualities with the sound quality coming out slightly better on the Motorola in terms of wind noise. Check out the full video and tell us which device you prefer.
