The curved and flexible design of the LG G Flex smartphone has been attracting a lot of attention and this handset is slowly finding its way to more regions. Recently we informed US readers that the phone would release on AT&T in February. Now pre-orders are open and the LG G Flex has been given a February 4 release date on the giant carrier.
Previously we heard that AT&T was putting the LG G Flex up for pre-orders on January 24, but the actual release date given at that time was February 7. However, now that online pre-orders have gone live we note that a shipping date of February 4 is stated at the moment.
The AT&T G Flex price is $299.99 on the usual two-year contract. If you’d rather purchase the phone outright it will set you back $694.99. Alternatively buyers can opt for an AT&T Next 18 instalment plan costing $26.74 monthly or a Next 12 plan with monthly payments of $34.75.
As a brief refresher we’ll tell you that LG G Flex specs include a 2.26GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, a 6-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (non-expandable). It also has a 13-megapixel rear camera, 2.1-megapixel front-facer, and 3,500 mAh battery, and it runs the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
