Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 treated to nice price cut

#

It is not unusual for mobile devices to eventually fall in price a few months after they may have originally been released, and that can certainly be said about a number of deals we have brought you recently. Now we have news that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is treated to a nice price cut.

Over the last few days we have brought you news about a price cut for the LG G Pad 8.3, and a special bundle offer that will save you money when purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom together with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 together.

Now the same retailer Asda are selling the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 for the great price of £279 for the 16GB Wi-Fi only version, although the price listed is £299 but at the checkout stage customers can enter the ‘taboffer’ voucher code to receive another £20 off the asking price.

To recap the device features an 8-inch display at a resolution of 800 x 1280 at 189ppi pixel density, which is powered by a quad core processor clocked at 1.6GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM running the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

The internal storage is expandable up to 64GB via micro SD card while there is a 5-megapixel rear facing camera paired with a 1.3-megapixel shooter around the front. At the time of writing the website is showing that there is stock available with free delivery or free collection in store. If the products listed on this page are not up your street you may want to look at our earlier article looking at some price reductions for the Nexus 7.

Do you think this is a good deal?
