LG G Flex Canada release set to be limited
The jury is still out on whether many consumers want to own a smartphone with a curved display with some suggesting that it will just be another passing fad, but the LG G Flex Canada release looks set to be a limited one.
Since its original launch we have been seeing the LG G Flex slowly reaching other areas as it slowly spreads to more regions around the world. Now it has been revealed that it will be released for consumers in Canada sometime this spring.
The trouble is it seems as if the handset will only be available on carrier Roger’s once it does get released, and at the time of writing the carrier hasn’t revealed any details regarding pricing for the device.
Once it is available to Roger’s customers the device will be utilizing both the 2100 and 2600 MHz spectrums for data speeds of up to 150mbps. To recap the device has a 6-inch flexible display at a resolution of 720 x 1280, and powered by the quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM.
The device is currently running the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and there is also 32GB of non-expandable storage. There is a 13-megapixel rear facing camera while around the front is a 2.1-megapixel unit with a 3,500 mAh battery supplying the juice.
Will you bother with the LG G Flex when it is released?
