Samsung Galaxy S5 spot on video and color news
There’s a massive amount of interest right now in the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone, with the big unveiling due to take place later today at MWC 2014. Ahead of the official debut of the phone we have a video spot to digest as well as color news of the handset.
The Samsung Unpacked event takes place in Barcelona today and if you want to check out live streaming and world times head here for more. There have been numerous leaks already about the phone, including a recent case spotting that suggested some changes for the design.
Now a new video has emerged that purports to show the back of the Galaxy S5. You can see the very short YouTube video below this story and you need to look at the background for the spot of the S5, as the video was intended to be a hands-on look at the new Samsung Gear 2 smartwatch.
If you look closely you’ll see the reverse of what appears to be the Galaxy S5 in three different color options, the usual black or white and also a gold-colored version that has previously been rumoured. It does look likely that this is the real deal as the flash unit below the camera differs to that on the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4.
Further to this, AndroidzoneRD came up with an interesting tweet showing an image that appears to show a fourth blue color option. Thankfully there’s not too much longer to go until the official reveal of this handset, when we will hopefully have confirmed details of specs, availability, price and more. We’ll be bringing you all of the news from MWC throughout the day so do join us for more as events unfold.
