The LG G2 smartphone released last September sporting a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and optical image stabilization. Meanwhile the LG G Pro 2 was recently made official and will release next month, also with a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, but this time with optical image stabilization plus. Today we have a video to share that shows LG G Pro 2 vs. LG G2, OIS+ vs. OIS samples.
The upgraded shake-free technology on the new LG G Pro 2 offers improvements with software (EIS) stabilization as well as optical stabilization so should offer an enhanced performance. The brief YouTube video that we’ve embedded below this story comes from Phone Arena and shows video footage taken with the G Pro 2 alongside footage captured with the LG G2 in a split screen, so that you can easily compare the two.
Comments below the YouTube description of this video show real disparity when picking a winner from the two, with some feeling the G Pro 2 is clearly the best while others feel the G2 offers the better performance.
