Milk Music from Samsung, ad-free radio for Galaxy phones

#

Samsung has launched Milk Music, a new ad-free radio service with 200 radio stations in the U.S.

Do we know why it’s called Milk Music? Not a clue, but the service is completely free of any cost, for a limited time. Milk Music will focus on stations and give users the ability to customise them based on popularity, novelty, and favourite tracks from artists they choose.

Features

  • Stumble across new hits and old favorites with a turn of the dial.
  • Music plays instantly, as you scan through stations.
  • No registration or set-up required.
  • Customize the dial to show only genres and stations you like.
  • “My Stations” collects all the stations you love and those you create into a single station that’s easily accessible on the dial.
  • Fine-tune stations based on popularity, novelty and song favourites.
  • Listen to over 200 genre stations, curated from a music library of over 13 million songs.
  • “Spotlight” offers a curated selection handpicked by music taste makers and influencers.

The service is officially limited to the line of Galaxy devices from Samsung, so if you were hoping to get in on the musical fun on your HTC, Sony or others, we’re sorry to say that isn’t what Samsung is offering.

Milk Music is available to download in the Google Play Store right now.
