While we are used to seeing high end flagship smartphones being made available from companies that are more of a household name, there are also some desirable handsets coming from other less well known sources. Now more specs leak out about the Pantech Vega 2 that impress.
Back in January we first heard some early specification rumours about the Pantech Vega 2, but now more details have emerged ahead of the handsets official release. The device is set to be the first smartphone to come powered by the new quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.5GHz.
Other rumoured specifications include a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2GB of RAM paired with that Qualcomm processor, and the rear camera will supposedly use a 13-megapixel sensor paired with a 3-megapixel front facer.
There looks set to be 32GB or 64GB storage options along with LTE-A support, USB 3.0, and a 2,800 mAh battery. It is not clear whether the handset will ever see the light of day outside of the Korean market which is a shame as it could prove pretty popular if priced right.
Would you consider the Pantech Vega 2 if it became available globally?
