Nexus 7 price slash on Verizon to $49.99
It seemed to be a long time until Verizon finally offered the latest Nexus 7 (2013) tablet but it finally arrived last month. The price then was $349.99 outright or $249.99 on a two-year contract. Considering that was only in February we’re pretty surprised to see that the Nexus 7 price has now been slashed on Verizon to just $49.99 on contract.
If you’re buying the tablet from Big Red without a contract the price remains at $349.99 but the idea of a Nexus 7 for only $49.99 is likely to appeal to many potential buyers. It’s worth remembering that a new model may appear later this year as the Nexus 7 first released last summer, but at the new contract price this is a tempting offer.
Key specs of this tablet include a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 7-inch display with resolution of 1920 x 1200, 32GB of internal storage, 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 3950 mAh battery. It runs the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Are you tempted by this new Verizon pricing for the Nexus 7?
