Apple products have long been the subject of various predictions and rumours leading up to their official launch, and come from a variety of sources that can vary in accuracy. The source of the suggested iPhone 6 display and specs that we have for you today has a pretty good track record in terms of Apple device predictions.
There have been lots of rumours surrounding the design of the iPhone 6 due for a release later this year, but now reliable tipster Sonny Dickson, who was responsible for a number of accurate leaks for the iPhone 5S, has taken to Twitter to provide some details about the iPhone 6.
He is claiming that the iPhone 6 will be powered by an Apple A8 processor clocked at 2.6Ghz, which will be powering an Ultra Retina screen of unknown size with 389ppi pixel density.
It is also being claimed that the device will be a fraction under 5.59mm thick, which puts the smartphone only 0.4mm thicker than the Gionee Elife S5.5 that was recently compared in thickness to the iPhone 5S, and is claimed to be the world’s thinnest smartphone.
