HTC One Android 4.4 rollout resumes, provides Wi-Fi fix
While thoughts have been turning to this year’s new model, the HTC One is still owned and loved by many users who have recently been experiencing a new firmware update. Today we have news that the HTC One 4.4.2 KitKat update resumes which provides a Wi-Fi fix.
Earlier this month we heard how the rollout of the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the HTC One had been pulled by the company following issues reported by some users, but now all has been fixed and the update has resumed.
This update is 205MB in size and brings the handset to version number 4.19.401.11, and it seems the update now has more support for more Wi-Fi routers.
The new firmware seems to be available across Europe and uses can check for the new firmware manually themselves via the handsets settings, and we know of someone on Vodafone in the UK that have received it this morning.
Have you got this latest update yet?
