Another new Karbonn smartphone is heading to the market in India. It packs a hexa-core processor, as reflected in its Karbonn Titanium Hexa name, and runs the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It looks as though Karbonn is going all out to impress with the Titanium Hexa as it has an impressive specs line-up.
The Titanium Hexa has a 1.5GHz hexa-core processor, a 5.5-inch LTPS Full HD display (1920 x 1080 resolution), 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, and a 2050 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and aGPS and it has a 3.5mm audio jack. The above details now show on the Karbonn website, although not all specs are listed yet, such as the RAM and internal storage.
Although the exact processor details have not been specified yet, the Titanium Hexa could be using a MediaTek MT6591 hexa-core chip thought to be launching soon. We don’t have a launch date for the Titanium Hexa yet, but as some details are now showing up it looks likely to release before too much longer.
Are you looking forward to the official unveiling of the Karbonn Titanium Hexa smartphone for India?
UPDATE: We have just heard that the Titanium Hexa will release at the end of April with a price of Rs. 16,990.
