We have news of two Karbonn smartphones that have been added to the line-up in India from this popular manufacturer. The Karbonn Titanium Octane and Titanium Octane Plus will release at the end of April, along with the Titanium Hexa that we gave details of yesterday.
The Titanium Octane has a price tag of Rs. 14,490 while the Octane Plus is priced at Rs. 17,990. They are both dual-SIM smartphones that run the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
The Titanium Octane is powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor, has a 5-inch IPS Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD to 32GB).
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2000 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. Dimensions are 145.7mm x 71.2mm x 7.9mm.
The Titanium Octane Plus has many of the same specs of the Titanium Octane but steps up to 2GB of RAM while the camera set-up consists of a 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Dimensions of the Octane Plus are 147.3mm x 72.6mm x 7.6mm.
