The Windows Phone platform is slowly gathering pace as more mobile users take the plunge and give the operating system a try, and next week we can expect to see a worthy update along with some new hardware. Now the Nokia Lumia 630 is seen in a video running the Windows Phone 8.1 update.
Yesterday we got to find out more of the specifications of the upcoming Nokia Lumia 630, but now a poor quality video has emerged showing the handset with Windows Phone 8.1 onboard. There are clues that give the handset away such as the 5MP rear camera that has no flash, and the placement of certain features such as the rear speaker.
It seems that the operating system is the current build of Windows Phone 8.1 and shows things such as the new FM radio app, new Store layout, new stock camera layout, new Photos app, and much more.
One thing that is missing though is the Cortana voice assistant which may mean the feature won’t be available on Chinese versions of the operating system to begin with.
Are you looking forward to this update?
