The Samsung Galaxy S5 was due to be released to the world on April 11th but one carrier in the manufacturer’s home country has already jumped the gun and made the device available already, and now there are rumours that the global availability of the Galaxy S5 will come early.
As we told you previously SK Telecom won’t be able to sign up new customers between April 5th and May 19th, which led the carrier to offer consumers the device early. Now sources are claiming that other carriers across the globe are putting pressure on Samsung to be able to release the Galaxy S5 sooner than April 11th.
This comes as reports of the company having production issues with the Galaxy S5 camera that came after a factory fire, which could mean that supply issues become a bigger problem if the device was made available early. Some feel that this has all been some clever marketing by the company at a time that the HTC One M8 has already been released.
Do you think the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be released early?
