HTC has already launched some new phones in its Desire lineup recently and now another has just been officially introduced, the Desire 316. This is a mid-range smartphone that has so far only appeared on the HTC China website, but like other new Desire phones the HTC Desire 316 could also soon release elsewhere.
We’ve already seen the launches of the HTC Desire 816, Desire 310 and Desire 610, so it looks as though HTC is going all out in its attempts to make further headway into the market. Desire 316 specs include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 5-inch qHD display with resolution of 960 x 540, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage , expandable via microSD to 32GB.
Further specs include a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, and a 1950mAh battery, and it runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. It comes in black or white, dimensions are 140mm x 72mm x 9.7mm, and it weighs 160g. Does this sound like the sort of phone you’d be interested in if it releases in your region?
