The last two Nexus smartphones have been the responsibility of electronic giant LG and have been well received by those that have purchased or used one. Now though for 2014 a HTC release Nexus 6 rumour emerges.
While we have seen concept designs of a HTC made Nexus handset recently talk has suggested that LG would be used again for the manufacturer of the Nexus 6. Now though a new report is claiming that Google will move to HTC to provide the smartphone later this year.
The LG G3 according to recent rumours looks set to be a great handset but it is believed that Google will be more concerned about the price of any Nexus 6 handset released later this year, so with that in mind the company could move to HTC for a new Nexus smartphone based on the recently released HTC One M8.
It is claimed that the device would come with a larger 5.5-inch display with the Snapdragon 801 processor under the hood, and with 2GB of RAM. The device is expected to arrive around October that would fit in with previous models, but of course until something official is known this rumour has to be taken lightly.
Would you prefer a Nexus 6 by HTC over LG?
