Nokia X review choice and verdicts
The recently released Nokia X has attracted a huge amount of interest, particularly because it is the first Nokia handset based on the Android operating system rather than Windows Phone. It is already available in various regions worldwide including India, and today we thought it would be a good idea to offer a Nokia X review choice with verdicts.
We’ve already told how the adoption of the Android platform has been a big factor in the success of the Nokia X, and among our many articles about this phone was an initial hands-on look at the phone. This time we’re focusing on full reviews and we’ve embedded two videos below this story that will give you different takes on the phone.
The first YouTube video below comes from Android Authority and discusses how Android looks and feels on the X. It begins with showing the contents of the Nokia X box and goes on to look at the design and build of the phone before many other aspects including the price are covered. There’s also some interesting insight into the lack of integration with Google services, which was said to be frustrating. Ultimately the reviewer feels that while the device is being powered by Android, the Nokia X experience differs notably from the usual Android experience.
The second YouTube video is from Fone Arena and like the first review begins with a look at the design. It then looks at the software experience and covers other aspects such as the processor, further specs, performance, display, camera set-up, battery and more. In conclusion the Nokia X is said to be aimed at first-time smartphone buyers and those who want a simple device, and is a capable device for that target market. However, it’s felt that the phone is not the best choice for those who want a budget Android device.
When you’ve viewed the videos below we’d be interested to hear your opinions on the Nokia X. Is this a phone you are considering purchasing for yourself, and have these reviews helped you to make up your mind?
