The HTC One M8 is a highly admirable smartphone that has won many fans since its recent release. It is currently available in three color options and recently there was news that a red edition will also be launched as well as a black version. If you’re in the US and were hoping to get your hands on the HTC One M8 in red there’s some promising news, as it’s claimed to be on the way.

The HTC One M8 color options available so far are Gunmetal Gray, Amber Gold, and Glacial Silver and we think a Red version would be pretty popular. When we heard that a Red version was on the way there was no news on which regions it would be available in, and often we see new color choices introduced that are only available in certain countries or on particular carriers.

Now prolific and reliable leaker @evleaks has said that a Glamour Red HTC One M8 is coming to Verizon, although there are no details on when this might be hitting the shelves. It’s also unclear as to whether this will be exclusive to Verizon or whether it may release on other US carriers.
