Another day brings yet another new smartphone for consumers in India as the Lenovo S660 is launched and priced for the country, which sees the company’s latest handset from the S Series arriving.

The Lenovo S660 has now been released for consumers in India and priced at Rs. 13,999, and for your money you get a handset that features a 4.7-inch display at a 960 x 540 resolution. This is powered by a quad core processor running at a clock speed of 1.3GHz.

There is 1GB of RAM while the handset is running the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, while camera wise we have an 8-megapixel unit on the rear paired up with a VGA front facer. There is also 8GB of internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

We also have a 3,000 mAh battery that is promised to provide up to 36 hours of 2G talk time, or 20 hours via 3G.
