While online retailer Amazon has a number of different Android based tablet PC’s available to consumers, so far a handset has not been seen despite lots of rumours. Now it seems as if the Amazon Phone has actually been leaked for real.
A few days ago rumours resurfaced that Amazon were developing a handset that would be able to project 3D images, which is exactly the same as a report by the same source the best part of a year ago.
Now though the image that you can see on this page is claimed to be the Amazon Phone courtesy of BGR. Before you start thinking how ugly the device looks it is actually enclosed preventing us from seeing the device.
This handset is said to be one of two that the company is working on with the other one being an entry level device that will come after the device in the picture. It is claimed that the company’s first phone is to feature a 4.7-inch 720p display powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
It will also have 2GB of RAM but the image that has been leaked is of a prototype of the upcoming device that is tipped for release in the next few months.
