Last week we informed our readers in India about the Asus Fonepad 7 Dual SIM that would be launched this week, although at that time there was no indication of what the price would be. The device has now officially launched and the Asus Fonepad 7 Dual SIM price for India is Rs. 12,999.

Specs of the Fonepad 7 Dual SIM include a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 dual-core processor with PowerVR SGX544 graphics, a 7-inch LED-backlit IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 800, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD to 64GB. It also has a 5-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video capture, a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, 3950 mAh battery and runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system.
