If you’re in India and are a fan of phablet devices then you may be interested in this next piece of news. The Huawei Ascend G730 and Y600 have both been launched and priced for India, and we have plenty of information on specs and more.
We’ll begin with the Ascend G730 (pictured below) and this has a 5.5-inch display with resolution of 960 x 540, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD to 32GB. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera and 2300 mAh battery, and runs the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The price tag of the G730 is Rs. 13,999.
Moving on to the Huawei Ascend Y600 and this has a 5-inch display with resolution of 854 x 480, a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6572 dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage, once again expandable via microSD to 32GB. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2100 mAh battery and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. This one is priced at Rs. 8,999.
