It’s no secret that the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 doesn’t have top-end specs but it does have an affordable price tag. However, the reviewer feels that while it’s worth considering, it’s ultimately a fairly mediocre device and it’s probably worth spending a little more to get the Google Nexus 7 or another alternative.
