While we have seen a massive increase in consumers taking to the Internet to purchase all types of products, there are still many that like to go to a brick and mortar store. Now there is news that the Apple Store customer satisfaction slips down the table quite a bit.
It seems if the UK public are falling out of love with the high street Apple Stores, as in a Which survey amongst 12,500 people the company now sits in 13th place out of 100 different retailers, which is a drop from top spot from last year. A number of customers complained about having difficulties getting an appointment with a Genius Bar service agent.
The top spot this year was taken by Lush while in the mobile world Carphone Warehouse that has just announced a merger with Currys, finished at 29th position. Phones 4u came in at number 39, Three at 51, Vodafone 61, O2 73, and EE finished at a lowly 96.
Have you had any bad experiences with any of these retailers?
