HP 7 Plus specs include a 1GHz Allwinner A31 quad-core processor, a 7-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing unit, a 2800 mAh battery, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
