This Android 4.4.2 update began rolling out yesterday, and usually with these updates it can take a while to reach everyone so you may need to be a little bit patient. However, if you are itching to get the update to your device you can always try checking manually by heading to Apps from the Home screen followed by Settings and finally System Updates.
