Micromax is a prolific source of new devices for India and another device has been uncovered. The new Micromax Canvas L A108 specs appear listed on the company’s official website, although there’s no news yet on availability or price. Read on for more on specs.

The new phablet is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582M quad-core processor and has a 5.5-inch IPS display with resolution of 960 x 540. It has 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage that’s expandable via microSD to 32GB, an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing unit.

Further specs include a 2350 mAh battery, 3.5-mm audio jack and FM radio, and this is a dual SIM device (normal + micro) with dual standby. It runs the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and connectivity includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

Although there’s no release date available yet, it’s not likely to be long until it goes on sale seeing as it’s now on the website.
