In March we gave readers some initial details of the Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus smartphone. The phone then released in India a few months later, with some decent specs and a competitive price tag. If you are considering buying this handset, you might be interested in a video we are sharing today of a Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus review.
Before we get to the review we’ll begin by detailing the key specs of the Titanium Octane Plus for your convenience. These include a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor, Mali-450 MP4 graphics, and a 5-inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 441 ppi.
The phone has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD to 32GB), a 16-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front-facing snapper, and a 2000 mAh battery. It runs the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and connectivity includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and microUSB 2.0.
The YouTube video review that we have placed below this article comes from 91mobiles and gives some insight into the Titanium Octane Plus and what it offers. It begins by taking a look at the design before moving on to the display, camera (some negative points here), performance, and more.
The gaming experience is also mentioned but we’ll let you find out more about that when you view the video, and battery life is also discussed, although again there are some negative comments in this respect. Towards the end of the video the reviewer mentions the price of the Titanium Octane Plus, and some of its main competitors such as the Xiaomi Mi3 and the Asus Zenfone 5.
Although there are some criticisms of the Titanium Octane Plus, overall the phone is viewed well and based on its features and capabilities it’s given a very decent rating of 8/10. After you’ve watched the video below we’d be interested to know if you will now purchase the Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus?
