There’s plenty of attention right now on the Apple iPhone 6, with the official launch event in just one more week. There have been numerous leaks on the phone so far, and we’ve already seen many different images purported to be of the handset. If you’re hoping for something different you might like to take a look at this iPhone 6 Air design for 2015, which is pretty tempting.
This iPhone 6 Air render comes from designer Georgio Tedoradze, a familiar name for concept ideas. The same designer has previously come up with his creation of the iPhone 6, and has now turned his attention to next year’s version, which he has dubbed the iPhone 6 Air. This year’s iPhone 6 is expected in two models with different display sizes of 4.7-inches and 5.5-inches, and this designer’s iPhone 6 Air might appeal to those who would prefer the phablet size.
Imagined specs are also provided with this new iPhone 6 Air concept. It’s extremely slim with dimensions of 149.5mm x 73.2mm x 6mm and weighs 127g. It’s powered by a 1.8GHz Apple A8 quad-core processor, has a 5.5-inch display with resolution of 1920 x 1080, a 10-megapixel rear camera featuring optical image stabilization and dual LED flash, a 2-megapixel front facing snapper, and has a 2600 mAh battery.
As the iPhone 6 will run iOS 8 it’s no surprise that this iPhone 6 Air for 2015 would be running iOS 9. Design-wise the phone has narrow bezels and a metallic build, with sloping sides that look nicely slick. We’ve included a few of the images here and you can see more at the source link below, and also in the YouTube video of the design that we’ve embedded beneath this article.
It would be good to know what you feel about this iPhone 6 Air design? Would you like to see an iPhone like this introduced next year?
