The Sony Xperia Z3X specs show a Snapdragon 810 and QHD display
It’s safe to say some folks were a little disappointed when Sony finally unveiled the Xperia Z3. It’s a stellar handset, but far too close to the Z2 in terms of specs and design. Well, hold onto your hats as the Sony Xperia Z3X specs have hit the net, and they are impressive.
The Xperia Z Ultra is one of Sony’s larger handsets, and the Sony Xperia Z3X specs show it is nearly that size with a humongous 6.2-inch display. The resolution gets a massive bump up to 2,560 x 1,440 as well which will make it the sharpest phablet around if the benchmarks are true. That’s just the beginning of things…
Underneath the hood of the Sony Xperia Z3X, you’ll find a Snapdragon 810 64-bit SoC with an Adreno 430 GPU. It will be insanely fast, and it’s going to have a whopping 4GB of RAM to boot. Last but not least, is a 2/3” sensor that clocks in at 22.1MP. We have to assume the front-facing shooter would be at least 5MP with a rear camera like that. Photogs will be pleased to say the least.
If the Sony Xperia Z3X specs are true, the Z3X will be the top phablet around. It would be bigger and faster than the rumored Nexus 6 specs, and Sony will more than likely take the edge in the display department as well. As with all rumors (even benchmarks), you’ll want to take this one with a grain of salt for now although we expect to hear more about the Xperia Z3X in the coming months.
